CCTV
The University's security service uses CCTV as part of its campus security.
The number of CCTV cameras across our campuses are
- City Campus – 172
- Collegiate Campus – 88
- Remote sites – 17

Disclosure logs
The University does not routinely publish a disclosure log. We are able to provide information about Freedom of Information requests received by the University in response to a written FOI request.
Register of interests / senior staff's declaration of interests
The Governance and Planning Services maintains a Register of Interests for Governors and members of the University's Executive Group.
Please view a template of the register form.
The information contained in the Register can be accessed in one of two ways
- Members of the public may request photocopies of all or part of the Register.
- Alternatively, the Register is open to inspection by members of the public by appointment.

Register of gifts and hospitality provided to senior personnel
Gifts and hospitality received by staff which are valued in excess of £100 must be declared. A copy of the register may be obtained from Governance and Planning Services by phone 0114 225 3361 or by email at foi@shu.ac.uk.
