The Sheffield Hallam University website is one of our key communication channels with potential students, research and business partners and the wider community. Every 3.5 seconds somebody visits a page on our site.
The site receives around nine million hits a month, with the homepage being viewed 111,000 times, the online version of our prospectus 34,000 times and 2,200 prospectuses ordered online (Nov 2002).
The content on www.shu.ac.uk is intended for our external audiences. Information for current staff and students is published on our intranet. We also host a number of sites for local charities and community groups.
