Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher and an open plan living area furnished with TV/DVD, sofas and coffee table. Each of the bedrooms is furnished with ¾ beds, wardrobe/drawers, desk, desk chair and bookcase. The complex is also fitted with a secure electronic entry system. Wireless internet access is inclusive.
You need to supply your own bed linen (duvet, duvet cover, sheet, pillow and pillowcase), towels, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The contract is an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for 44 weeks.
Please note that if you live in this particular residence allocated by Sheffield Hallam University, your accommodation contract will be with Rooms2Live Ltd.
