Residence description
The Anvil is a modern student hall of residence containing en suite rooms in three, five and six bed flats.
Each room is equipped with a TV aerial socket and data point. In the flats there is a shared kitchen and lounge which contains easy chairs, stools and breakfast bar. The is an on-site management office next to the common room with vending, pool table, flat screen TV with Sky.
You will need to supply your own bed linen (duvet, duvet cover, sheet, pillow and pillowcase), towels, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Please note that if you live in this particular residence allocated by the University your accommodation contact will be with UNITE.
The contract is an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for 43 weeks.
£250 damage deposit, £8 mandatory contents insurance.
