The Marples was converted from a well-known public house. All rooms have a washbasin, apart from 10 rooms which are en suite. Each floor has a modern kitchen/diner and a communal area with LCD TV. All rooms are fitted with a TV aerial and phone points. There is a secure door entry system.
You need to supply your own bed linen (duvet, duvet cover, sheets, pillow, pillow cases) and towels.
The contract is an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for 44 weeks.
Please note that if you live in this particular residence allocated by Sheffield Hallam University, your accommodation contract will be with Mid City Estates.
