The Pinnacles is arranged in 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed ensuite apartments. All feature the latest mod cons, comfortable surroundings, ¾ sized beds, contemporary decor and on site support from our accommodation team. All utilities, 12mb fibre optic broadband connection and IPTV are included in your rent.
The site is conveniently located within an easy walk of the city centre, the university and the train station. It is also located next to a tram stop with easy connections to Meadowhall, Sheffield Arena and other Sheffield attractions.
All apartments are fully furnished basis. However, You need to supply your own bed linen (duvet, duvet cover, sheet, pillow and pillowcase), towels, cutlery and cooking utensils. These are also available to purchase on site.
The contract is an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for 44 weeks.
Please note that if you live in this particular residence allocated by Sheffield Hallam University, your accommodation contract will be with Broad Street LP.
