Catered halls of residence (University owned)
The University has three halls of residence offering catered accommodation.
These residences are owned and managed by Sheffield Hallam University and offer the unique opportunity of accommodation with weekday food and drink included in the package. Each resident will receive a daily budget (loaded onto a swipe card) which can then be used in any of the University’s 12 modern and diverse catering outlets. These range from deli/sandwich bars to traditional restaurants, from breakfast through to evening meal and include many healthier and vegetarian options.
This package is designed to compliment the busy lifestyle of students while also offering peace of mind to parents.
These residences are owned and managed by Sheffield Hallam University. Your contract will be with the University.

Broomgrove Hall and Woodville Hall are two catered halls of residence at Collegiate Crescent Campus. The campus is set in a pleasant leafy suburb within easy access of the city centre.
Students have furnished single study bedrooms (with sink) and share utility areas (where light meals and snacks can be prepared), lounge and mixed gender bathroom facilities. Communal areas are cleaned daily. The campus has 24 hour site security and a range of sports facilities including a fitness suite and sports hall. If you are offered this accommodation we will provide you with details of the meals contract.
You will need to supply your own bed linen (duvet, duvet cover, sheet, pillow and pillowcase) and towels. Also crockery and cutlery for when you are not using the University catering facilities.
The contract is a University Accommodation Contract for 39 weeks.
