Lab4Living brings together the University's expertise in design, engineering, ergonomics, health and rehabilitation,  to develop solutions for the health and social care market. The collaboration also brings in users, consumers and customers to promote user-led design. 

We also have specialist research centres who can offer product design and development services.

Our Centre for Sports Engineering Research (CSER) has a proven track record of product design and testing within the sport industry, working with brands including Adidas, Prince and Gilbert.
