Working with our students

We encourage our students to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviour that will enable them to respond to a changing economy. They are business savvy and ready to help you and your business succeed.

Although every sector requires different knowledge, as an employer you need professional, competent people who will help you achieve your aims and objectives. Our students and graduates will do exactly that.

Work placements

Our placement programmes allow you to benefit from our students' current knowledge, enthusiasm and a fresh perspective on the workplace.

Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP)

Partly funded by the government, together we can recruit a recent graduate, who will be known as a KTP Associate, to run a project in your organisation for up to three years, fully supported by a specialist University academic.

Projects

Many of our courses involve project work where a group of students carry out a strategic project in a real business. From investigating product processes to marketing strategies, it’s a great way for you to put extra resource on an existing project or start something new that you’ve been putting off.
