Make sure you're ready for results day. This checklist lets you know what to do and what to expect when you get your results.
- Check UCAS Track
Log in to UCAS Track as soon as possible to see whether your firm or insurance university choice has been confirmed. Make sure you confirm this before you do anything else. You can also call your university choices to verify this. - If you haven't met the offer of your firm or insurance choice, don't worry

You can search for places available through clearing on the UCAS website and here. We'll update this website throughout results day, so keep checking back. - Learn about the courses
Read about the courses you're interested in so you're prepared to answer questions about why you want to study the subject. Full details of all our courses are in our online prospectus. - Entry requirements are important - but so is your experience

If you don't meet these, it's possible that your experience and other qualifications may be accepted. If you think your experience is relevant to the course then give us a call. - Be prepared before you call
Make sure you have as much information as possible to hand when you call – we'll need to know your UCAS number, contact phone number and all your qualifications and grades. You should also prepare any questions you have about the course and the University. - Give us a call
Now you're ready to call us. Make the phone call yourself – don't leave it to friends or family as we can only speak to you about your options. - Be patient and stay calm
Our phone lines will be very busy and places are likely to fill up quickly, so call us as early as possible. Be patient and try not to panic.
