Conference 21 has everything you need to make your conference a success

Our lecture theatres can seat from 90 - 450 delegates and all have a wide choice of nearby breakout rooms. They are all in close proximity to our stylish hospitality and social areas where delegates can relax and network during the conference breaks.

An event coordinator will guide you through the arrangements for your event and ensure that all your venue needs are catered for.

The simplest way to arrange your conference is to choose from one of our comprehensive packages below, which provide everything you need for a successful conference.

Alternatively, if you require something more bespoke, contact us, and we will be happy to put together a package to suit your individual requirements.

We also provide a full event management service to ensure your event goes without a hitch.

Conference packages

Platinum | Gold

Platinum conference package

Day delegate rate: £39 + VAT (minimum 100 delegates)

The platinum conference package includes

  • premium theatre
  • four workshop rooms
  • Platinum buffet lunch (sample Platinum menu, PDF 168KB)
  • morning refreshments with Danish pastries
  • afternoon refreshments with home-made cakes
  • mineral water for speakers
  • conference notepads

With superb acoustics, the air-conditioned premium theatres are designed with both effective communication and comfort in mind. High specification audio-visual equipment is included and a fully trained, experienced technician is on hand to assist at all times.

Our premium package is inclusive of the following audio visual services

  • fully networked PC with data projector in premium theatre
  • access to internet via network or wirelessly
  • microphones for speakers and/or top table
  • induction loop for the hearing impaired
  • DVD player
  • full lighting control

Special facilities (prices on request)

We can also provide specialised facilities, including video conferencing, PC suites and video recording. Please discuss your requirements with us.

Gold conference package

Day delegate rate: £28 + VAT (minimum 20 delegates; not available in Pennine Theatre)

The University has a wide range of rooms available - whether you need a venue for a small meeting for a few hours or a big event lasting several days, we can meet your requirements.

The Gold conference package includes

  • main room hire
  • data projector and networked computer in main room
  • flip chart pad and pens
  • Gold buffet lunch (sample Gold menu, PDF 168KB)
  • morning coffee and biscuits
  • afternoon tea and biscuits
  • mineral water for speakers
