Public talks and exhibitions
As part of the University's nightsout programme of events we look forward to welcoming some internationally renowned speakers, covering a range of topics including sport, health, science, exploration and literature. A number of our events are held in partnership with Sheffield's most popular festivals and high profile organisations. Tickets for some events can now be booked online.
Forthcoming events
The professorial lecture programme offers a varity of talks from academics at the University and the NightsOut programme of events offers arrange of entertaining and informative events all of which are free to attend. Details can be found on our forthcoming events page.
In addition to our usual programme of guest speakers we are delighted to introduce listings for the Sheffield Institute of Arts Gallery located in the Cantor Building, City Campus, we have a number of interesting exhibitions to look forward to over the coming months.

The new edition of Review is out now, featuring in-depth articles on our welfare reform research, sports doping and a pre-enrolment officer who has set up a website to help recovering female alcoholics.
The magazine also puts the spotlight on research by academics Luigina Ciolfi and Jon Dean.
