Profile
I have been involved in mathematics education all my working life, in comprehensive schools, as a support teacher in an on-site pupil referral centre, and as a lecturer in mathematics education. For many years I ran my own business, where I offered consultancy on the teaching and learning of mathematics.
I have been the lead author of over 20 education software packages in mathematics at both primary and secondary level, and in literacy at key stage 2. I teach on undergraduate secondary mathematics routes.
My current roles include the co-ordination of our in-house GCSE mathematics equivalence exam, and recruitment for the BSc secondary mathematics routes.
