Learning Beyond Registration (LBR) is the name used for education funded by regional NHS strategic health authorities to provide non-medical, NHS professionals with courses/modules free of charge (subject to their eligibility).
The aim is to provide healthcare staff with appropriate and flexible learning to support a first class health service.
