Final year students
We'll send you information about your graduation ceremony by email, so make sure your personal email and other contact details are up to date in My Student Record. It's especially important after you've received your results, because your Sheffield Hallam University email account will be disabled at this time.
Online booking of ceremony tickets will open in August. Once you have received final confirmation of your award, you will be able to book your tickets online via the Graduation and Beyond link in My Student Record from the following dates:
- Wednesday 5 August - Faculty of Arts, Computing, Engineering and Sciences and Sheffield Business School graduates
- Thursday 6 August - Faculty of Health and Wellbeing graduates
- Friday 7 August - Faculty of Development and Society graduates.
Online booking will close on 23 October 2015. Late bookings will be accepted but will be subject to a £25 late booking fee. Also, if you book late, it is very likely you will not be seated with fellow graduates receiving the same award. Late bookings cannot be made online and should be made by direct contact with the graduation office on 0114 225 5353 from Tuesday 27 October 2015.
In the meantime, keep visiting this website for the latest information.
We look forward to welcoming you to your graduation ceremony, and to celebrating this special day with you.
