UK graduation at Sheffield Hallam University
This year's UK graduation ceremonies will be held at Sheffield City Hall during the two weeks 11–15 and 18–22 November 2013.
The date and time of your ceremony will be available week commencing 27 May. We'll send an email to all students potentially eligible to graduate and update the ceremony dates and times page with information on all courses.
Final year students
Please note
We'll send you information about your graduation ceremony by email, so make sure your personal email and other contact details are up to date in My Student Record. It's especially important after you've received your results, because your Sheffield Hallam University email account will be disabled at this time.
Online booking of ceremony tickets will open in August via My Student Record. Once you have received final confirmation of your award, you will be able to book your tickets online via the Graduation and Beyond link in My Student Record.
Online booking will close on 25 October 2013. Late bookings will be accepted but will be subject to a £25 late booking fee. Also, if you book late, it is very likely you will not be seated with fellow graduates receiving the same award. Late bookings cannot be made online and should be made by direct contact with the Graduation office on 0114 225 5353 from Tuesday 29 October 2013.
