UK graduation at Sheffield Hallam University
This year's UK graduation ceremonies will be held at Sheffield City Hall during the two weeks 14–18 and 21–25 November 2011.
All final year students who are potentially eligible to graduate can view their ceremony details and make any changes to contact details by logging on to My Student Record. Once you have logged on, click on Graduation and Beyond, then Check and Amend My Details and look for the section Your Ceremony Details. Please note that this information is not an indication of your final results. You will be notified of these by post and attendance at the graduation ceremony will be subject to the successful completion of your course of studies.
Online booking of ceremony tickets will open on Monday 15 August, also via My Student Record, as above. Please note that you will not be able to book your tickets before this date. Online bookings will only be taken until midnight on Friday 21 October. Bookings after this date should be made direct to the Graduation Office and will be subject to availability and a late booking fee of £25.
It is important that you keep your personal email and other contact details up to date in My Student Record to ensure that you receive vital information about your graduation day, especially after you have received your results, as your Sheffield Hallam University email account will be disabled at this time.
Further emails will be sent to you over the coming weeks and months. In the meantime, keep an eye on this website for the latest information, including opening and closing dates for ticket applications and what will happen on your graduation day.
We look forward to welcoming you to your graduation ceremony and helping you to celebrate this special day.
