The Facilities Directorate provides a range of essential services which underpin the unique Hallam University experience and add value to University life.
Working as part of the Sustainability Team in the Facilities Directorate, you will be expected to support the development, promotion and monitoring of energy and water management policies, data collection and analysis and the presenting of data as management information, ensuring we continue to provide an energy efficient and low carbon University.
As an Energy Officer you will possess knowledge and skills attained with previous experience in an energy management / environmental related role. You will have experience of identifying opportunities to improve processes and enthusiasm to create and innovate especially with our requirement for a low carbon estate. The ability to gather, collate, analyse and present data is essential.
Experienced in energy management you will be conversant with the latest developments in the field, a good communicator, organised and oriented towards achieving team objectives.
