This is an exciting opportunity to develop your excellent communication and engagement skills to implement and embed process changes across a large, complex and progressive organisation. We have recently introduced a new HR and Payroll System, and are now developing its capacity to increase automation and provide a self-service function for managers.
You will provide a crucial link between the project teams and the local business units, ensuring managers are on board and able to implement new people processes in their areas which will ultimately improve efficiency and automate many of their daily tasks, including staff recruitment, recording of absence, expenses and time-sheets.
You will have the confidence and ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders at all levels, and will be able to adapt your engagement method appropriately to suit the situation and the audience, taking responsibility for dealing with any issues or concerns raised.
You will ideally have experience of working in a project environment and certainly will be able to deliver on deadlines without compromising on quality. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition to the new ways of working across the University.
