We believe professional, dynamic and responsive administrative services have a vital part to play in delivering this goal.
The Faculty of Health and Wellbeing is looking for a highly motivated professional Senior Administrator to support the management information and reporting activity in the Portfolio Team.
You will be responsible for preparing management information and reports for our Health Education England Local Education and Training Boards and other stakeholders, including the Faculty Executive. This will include downloading data for these from our Corporate Systems and manipulating this, using programmes such as Excel and Access, in order to complete the templates we are provided with.
Experience of using a number of bespoke systems is essential as is the ability to problem solve. You will work closely with a range of senior internal and external stakeholders and must be a confident communicator in any situation.
You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with experience of working in an environment of complex regulations. You should have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Excellent IT skills and an ability to multi-task are essential. You should be able to manage your own workload, have the ability to make decisions and be able to prioritise effectively. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
In return, we offer a range of excellent benefits including 25 days annual leave, plus 14 additional leave days (including bank holidays), flexitime, childcare vouchers, and a good pension scheme.
