We are looking for an enthusiastic Departmental Administrator to join our busy Faculty Operations Team based at Collegiate Campus. The team work in a lively and energetic environment providing personal assistance to the Executive Group/Heads of Department/Senior Managers, supporting a range of administrative duties across the Faculty.
This is a great opportunity if you want to develop your skills in an administrative and executive support role. You will work closely with Heads of Department/Senior Managers managing cross-Faculty areas, supporting projects, managing diaries effectively, servicing committees, delivering Faculty processes and analysing management information.
As well as experience of providing personal support at a senior level and committee servicing, you will have excellent interpersonal, planning and organisational skills and be able to use initiative and prioritise effectively in a busy environment. The ability to work as part of a team and to remain professional and customer focussed at all times is vital, as is a positive and flexible approach.
