Quality Enhancement and Student Success are looking for two highly motivated full time Senior Quality Officers to join the Academic Quality and Standards Team, on a fixed term basis, to provide officer support for the delivery and day to day operation of the University's Academic Quality Framework.

Working with senior academic and professional services colleagues in SLS and in faculties, each Senior Quality Officer will be based in a specific faculty and will manage a small team of faculty-based staff. A key part of the role will be to support the introduction of new and revised processes for approval and review activities linked to the University's collaborative provision and partnerships. You will also support the introduction of Departmental Periodic Reviews. The role will include co-ordination of, and support for, accreditation and review activities associated with Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Bodies.

Educated to degree standard or with equivalent experience, you will have experience of working with complex regulations and procedures, have knowledge and understanding of HE quality assurance and enhancement processes. The confidence to advise, negotiate and influence is also essential for this role.

You will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be proficient in standard IT packages such as Microsoft Office, including Excel. An ability and willingness to travel within the UK and internationally to support offsite approval and review activity related to the University's collaborative partnerships and provision is essential.

In return, we offer a range of excellent benefits including 25 days annual leave, plus 14 additional leave days (including bank holidays) pro rata, flexitime, childcare vouchers, and a pension scheme.
