Jean started her career working as a probation officer with Derbyshire Probation Service where she gained experience across a number of roles including individual offender supervision in the community and resettlement work with long term prisoners. Her career then moved towards training and education and Jean has recently worked with Greater Manchester Probation Trust to deliver teaching to senior and middle managers on serious harm and risk assessment.
