Core modules
Foundations in supply chain management
This module equips you with a strong background in the fundamental principles of supply chain management, for example, supply chain strategy and planning, procurement, inventory and production strategies. It deals with structural, procedural and managerial issues, which relate to capacity, size and location of supply chain activity.
E-supply chain management
This module explores the complex relationship between technology and supply chain management enabling participants to manage their delivery in an innovative way within increasingly global markets.
Global business strategy
This module promotes a critical understanding of the development of global enterprises and strategies available to firms to manage and control their operations against the background of a dynamic global business environment.
Global distribution
This module teaches you how to distribute products to foreign markets. It covers such issues as global distribution strategies, the structure of international distribution networks and export operations.
Global logistics
This module provides the you with a critical understanding of the role global logistics plays in global supply chain management. It covers the practical implications of delivering and receiving shipments across national borders.
Global sourcing
This module provides a strong background in the fundamental principles of sourcing goods and services across geopolitical boundaries.
International consultancy project
This module provides you with an opportunity to develop your consultancy skills and apply the knowledge, tools and techniques acquired throughout the programme in a real life situation.
Research methods
This module provides you with a wide range of methods to conduct your research.
Dissertation
The module allows you to develop a deeper insight in a chosen area of study within the field of the global supply chain management.

Business process management
This module enables you to contribute to an organisation's business by understanding and working with the organisation's underlying business processes including their interlinking to the business model and IT governance framework.
