Graduate Diploma in Business and English
'I feel that the Graduate Diploma in Business and English really prepared me for masters level study by improving my English and also my knowledge of business.
'I chose this course as I decided I wanted to learn something new. My previous education was in IT.
'I have learned how to work in a multi-cultural environment. Working together with a group of people who have a different perspective and opinion has been a very good experience. The consultancy project allowed me to study and apply the theories I have learned in a realistic environment.
'I strongly recommend studying at Sheffield Hallam because of the good experience I have had so far.
'Since completing the Graduate Diploma I have started the MSc International Business and Management course.'

Graduate Diploma in Business and English
During the pre-master course I improved my English language ability by reading, listening and speaking as well as writing English.
I obtained self-confidence, fundamental business knowledge, presentation skills, the ability to make the most use of School resources and learned how to write a good assignment.
China and the UK have totally different education systems. The pre-masters course helped me to adapt to the teaching environment, teaching methods, facilities and way of study before going on to postgraduate study.
The benefits I have gained have absolutely exceeded my original expectations.
After completing the pre-masters course I am now studying on the MSc International Marketing course.
