'I'd been out of education for 15 years and the decision to start university again was a difficult one. Sheffield Business School attracted me because of the work-based nature of the assignments, access to leading edge research and experienced consultants and practitioners.
'The reality surpassed my expectations. My experience of the professors and students alike has broadened my horizons and deepened my understanding of behaviours and change at both the organisation and individual level.
`I chose to leave my HR job in banking and on the day I graduated I became a full time organisation development consultant. My first client was in Sheffield…it was somehow meant to be!
`I'm now doing the job I love, I'm good at and I'm qualified to do. I could not have chosen a better partner on my change journey than Sheffield Business School.'
Jeremy Lewis, principal consultant in the People and Organisation Excellence practice at Capita Consulting, formerly the head of management information for Lloyds Banking Group.

'By studying the this course I have made a very real difference to the impact that my internal consulting team has at RAF Waddington.
'I have been able to critically examine the way that my team works and have ensured that everything has solid academic underpinning. This high level of credibility has resulted in significant levels of positive sustained change that has benefited all.
'I even managed to amaze myself by creating a model for sustained internal change that has proved itself over and over for not only the management of change, but for human factors error management and quality assurance as well. This has highlighted to me the far reaching extent that has taken place through my MSc study.'
Andy Aston, squadron leader, RAF
