Professional Recognition

This course is accredited as approved further learning by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE). Successful completion of the masters degree course counts towards the academic requirements for registration as a Chartered Engineer.

Graduates who also have an appropriately accredited undergraduate degree should be able to demonstrate that they have satisfied the educational base required for a Chartered Engineer.
