Professional Recognition

This course is accredited by the Institute of Hospitality.

As a founder member of the Association of Event Management Educators (AEME), we were involved in establishing academic benchmarks in events education.

This year we hosted the association’s conference, which brought together academics, event organisers, trade organisations and researchers from around the country.

This type of activity keeps our academics up to date with industry needs and trends, which in turn feeds into and benefits student teaching, and sets standards for events education throughout the UK.
