This course is based on the final year of our BSc (Honours) International Hotel Management. It allows you to top up your current qualifications to honours degree level.

This course gives you the knowledge and skills to become a hotel manager. You gain an understanding of the industry and learn how to identify and act on changing patterns of customer demand. We provide you with the mix of strategic and operational skills you need to succeed in the role.
