Choose an option that suits you
You focus your studies within one route and our flexible programme means you can take modules from other routes. You can study one module at a time. So you can match your programme to your changing interests and career needs. It is also possible to gain specialist qualifications, such as asperger syndrome, disability studies, integrated working, mentoring, and science education.
All routes have a strong focus on your professional practices. Our professional learning in the workplace module supports you in making a change to your practices. For example, improving an aspect of pupil learning in your class or managing implementing an initiative in your organisation. School teachers and leaders taking this module can gain Teacher Learning Academy recognition. If you are a newly qualified teacher, you can gain credit for reflecting on your learning during your first year of teaching.
We run our courses in the evenings or at weekends to make it easier for you to attend. We also provide courses for groups in schools and other organisational settings. Wherever you study you have access to our expert staff and learning resources.
