This year, the Department of Built Environment's conference will focus on the challenges and opportunities posed by the increasing number of empty commercial and residential premises, which are found all across the UK.
Key speakers from premise owners, developers, public authorities, regulators and professional advisers - together with our own specialists - will share their experiences of, and techniques for successfully managing this pressing issue. The presentations will examine
