- Responsibility for a range of curriculum research and development projects linked with charities, local authorities, schools and national organisations.

Major curriculum development and research projects
- Research and curriculum development projects, enhancing Primary Science teachers' professional development. Based on personal, social and thinking skill development - 'Personal Capabilities'. Projects include range from KS1-4, including Smart Science, Smarter Schools, Smart Kids, Top Marks, Verbal Behaviour Analysis, STEM Leadership Qualification Programme.
