Leading the development of new science course, created in collaboration with teachers, based on authentic inquiry, and used by 20 per cent of UK schools.
Science upd8 (secondary and primary)
A weekly service providing activities on science breakthroughs in the news, which is used by 45,000 teachers worldwide.
Doctorate in Education (Kings College)
Researching the impact of authentic inquiry and formative assessment on students' understanding of science.
Multimedia/computer games
Creating learning games, such as the SimPhysics suite for GCSE physics (Institute of Physics), The OB's, for genetics (Wellcome Trust), Outbreak (Research Councils UK).
