Nick Hamilton is a senior research fellow within the Centre for Sports Engineering Research working as a senior sports engineer. Nick joined the group in 1999 as a research engineer specializing in the development of sports products. He has worked with many regional, national and international companies consulting on sports product design, analysis and manufacture and is lead designer of the creative and consultancy team.

Nick has developed a wide variety of products for a diverse range of sporting companies from ice skates to carbon fibre time trial bikes, golf clubs to hang glider components. Currently he manages a very large consultancy project for Golphysics Ltd involving several members of the group and external consultants. The project aims to draw together many areas of golf research in to a world leading product.
