This one-day workshop looks at how nutrition can support your wellbeing and performance.

Participating in this workshop will provide you with opportunities to explore your daily routine, while implementing 'strategies of eating' that help you plan for maximum energy, engagement and productivity.

The content of this course includes

  • what is healthy eating and a balanced diet?
  • increasing awareness regarding eating and drinking to maintain high nergy and productivity
  • assessing personal eating patterns and making realistic modifications
  • identifying common myths and misconceptions in nutrition that effect energy levels and subsequent performance in work and life activities
  • increasing awareness of weight management strategies in relation to diet, physical activity, and energy levels

Participating in this workshop will assist you with

  • developing a personal action plan of eating for performance and productivity during the working day
  • exploring strategies that enable you to plan your diet so that you are in control of your performance and energy levels
  • understanding the interrelationship between diet, physical activity and energy levels
