Performing under pressure
This one-day workshop is designed to help you develop a new perspective on stress management.
The workshop uses the perspective of elite athletes to help you not only recognise sources of stress, but also provide you with specific skills to manage performance under stressful and pressurised situations in the workplace.
The content of this course includes
- pressure and stress - understanding the relationship between pressure and performance - stress and mental toughness
- increasing awareness of stress in the workplace - self awareness - knowing your team/colleagues
- managing performance - stress management techniques
