- raising your awareness of why achieving an effective work-life balance is applicable to you
- providing you with the tools and exercises necessary to enable you to assess your current levels of 'balance' and 'recovery'
- helping you to develop an action plan of specific steps to bring a greater level of work-life balance into your life
Participating in this workshop will assist you with
- identifying the various roles in your life in terms of relationships and responsibilities (eg home, working, social, and personal lives)
- developing a personal action plan that enables you to meet the demands of your various work-life roles, while subsequently improving work task performance, productivity and enjoyment
