Research interests/current work
Currently investigating the role of exercise therapy in women who have had breast cancer. We have been exploring how exercise can help to enhance psychological well-being and quality of life in women who are one to three years post breast cancer treatment. Future work will include extending our exercise investigations with breast cancer survivors but also developing our research work with other cancer populations such as colorectal and prostate. We are interested in helping our patients change behaviour to maximise health benefits.
