Good design can deliver benefits in many different ways: flawless performance, desirable appearance, effortless usability or wonderful customer experiences.
Design Futures uses creative design to stimulate product innovation and create competitive advantage for businesses.
In this talk, Mark will share some of the approaches, techniques and methods used by Design Futures to support companies at various stages in the design process, including Adidas, Kenwood and Unilever. He will also show some Design Futures projects where these techniques have been successfully applied.
Design Futures would like to work more closely with academic and research colleagues - this may also be an opportunity to identify potential areas of mutual interest that could lead to exciting future collaborations…
