Performance management

The biggest growth in SIRC's portfolio is in the area of performance management.

We currently provide a Sport England approved National Benchmarking Service (NBS) for sports centres and swimming pools throughout England. SIRC has invested over £50,000 in high volume scanning equipment and software in order to process up to 250,000 NBS questionnaires per year.

In addition to the National Benchmarking Service, we are also able to apply the principles of performance management to community sports programmes and arts audience development initiatives across the UK. Using first principles of economics and management accounting we are capable of evaluating performance in a variety of sport and leisure contexts.
