Dr Larissa Davies joined Sheffield Hallam University as a lecturer in 1999. Her broad research interests are in the area of economic geography, urban regeneration and sport.
She has a particular interest in the economic importance of sport; the tangible and intangible impact of sports stadia (including property) and the role of sport in local economic development and regeneration. She also has an interest in the methodologies used to measure the impact of sport.
