Careers and employability
We work hard to ensure that our students improve their career prospects and employability while they’re here. And our strategy gets results. Over 90 per cent of Sheffield Business School graduates have gained employment or moved on to further studies within six months of completing their course.*
We support students by offering
- individual advice sessions, delivered by professional careers advisers
- recruitment fairs, employer presentations, and skills sessions led by employers, external specialists and in-house experts
- netWORK Employment Service, our student job-shop
- Impact, our career coaching and employer mentoring scheme
- an international students job club, offering advice and support on job-hunting and the applications process
- a multi-media resource centre
