Our research covers four major areas - food innovation, individual and organisational development, tourism, hospitality and events, and strategic facilities management.
In the recent Research Assessment Exercise, the overall quality profile awarded to Business and Management Studies reflects the increased number of research active staff, the quality of research outputs and the improvement of the research environment.
In the coming years, we will continue to undertake innovative research and engage with our network of research and commercial partners to create a ‘business school without walls’.
