How can we design, communicate and deliver successful events that appeal to the demanding modern consumer?
Generation Y has brought with it new, and higher expectations than those before, with an aptitude for technology and an interest in social and environmental outcomes.
As event professionals, we must continue to adapt to meet the needs of this important segment in order to remain at the forefront of the industry.
