Profile
David comes from an industrial background of 15 years in food and beverage operations and management in the UK and Switzerland, in large organisations and a sustained period of self employment. On entering education 12 years ago he has worked at colleges of further education and higher education on a variety of industrial projects and teaching roles.
His current teaching interests are food and beverage management, and hospitality internationalisation. He has experience of course management and leadership at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. He is an external examiner at London South Bank University. He has presented at conferences and written articles on operational issues with the hospitality industry.
