Profile

Suzana Pavic is a senior lecturer in hospitality and hotel management at Sheffield Hallam University. Suzana has been teaching in higher education since 2000 and has extensive work and managerial experience in the hotel industry.

Suzana has a PhD in E-Business Management from the University of Sheffield. Her particular research interest is in the new ways of creating competitive advantage through the use of e-business in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Suzana is an enthusiastic user of IT technology and she likes new technological gadgets. Amongst Suzana's other interests are ice skating and horse riding.
