Liz has been a researcher with the Centre since 1993. Liz has launched and managed most of the Centre's research and application networks and has worked on several consultancy assignments in the health and local government sectors.
She is one of the managers of the Public Sector Facilities Management Network, focusing on the collaborative learning and research for senior property/facilities professionals in local and central government organisations
She has been managing and developing the successful office cost bencharkingproject that runs every year for the last 13 years. This has built up a large database of office costs in the public sector. For the last eight years she has also ran and developed a staff satisfaction and importance survey which enables organisations to compare staff opinions over time and enables network members to measure how changes in an organisation's facilities impact on staff satisfaction.
She has a degree in town planning and an MBA in Facilities Management awarded at distinction level.
