The Centre can assist food and drink companies develop innovative new product formulations, recipes and products in a variety of ways. We have extensive test and development kitchens, a sensory suite, pilot plant, a range of laboratories and a fully functional presentation suite. The Centre has experience of working on a wide range of products areas including
