Training and professional development
The Centre for Food Innovation offers a range of training and professional development courses to meet the needs of the food and drink sector. They include short courses and training to meet specific business needs, in addition to the more traditional undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications.
Royal Society for Public Health nutrition courses
These courses are designed for individuals who work with food or provide nutritional advice, and are particularly useful for those working in hotel and catering industries, caring professions, health and beauty industries, retail food trades and food manufacturing.
