The Public Sector Scorecard

The Public Sector Scorecard is an integrated service improvement and performance measurement framework which adapts the balanced scorecard to fit the culture and values of the public and voluntary sectors.

Six Sigma

Popularised by the success stories of Motorola, GE, Allied Signal and many other leading organisations in the US, Six Sigma is a business management strategy - and one of the most widely adopted approaches for process improvement. With our qualified Six Sigma practitioners and trainers, we offer a range of Six Sigma professional services.

Project management

Our experienced project management experts include certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (USA). We offer training sessions and advice on everything from establishing and structuring a project management office to preparing for PMP certification.
