Profile
Lucy is the project facilitator in the Centre for Individual and Organisational Development. She is a student from Sheffield Hallam University, who is currently on her placement year, working towards her Business Studies degree.
Lucy works with Felicity Mendoza to help develop and support The Alchemy Exchange including activities such as monitoring the progress of live projects, supporting Associates, writing case studies and collecting testimonials. She also supports Sarai Barton, contributing to the content and communications of the CIOD websites and supporting events.
