Research interests/current work
The role of coaching in organisational development and as part of executive development programmes.
David is a member of the core faculty of the Academy of Executive Coaching and also undertakes a number of individual and team coaching assignments. He contributes to the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education's Top Management Programme and co-directs the Senior Clinical Academic Leaders programme.
